At Zenonix Impex, we are proud to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required and no hidden charges. We strive to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and reliably.

Order Processing Times

Standard Size Orders

  • Made-to-order jackets typically ship within 10 business days

  • In rare cases, processing may take up to 20 business days due to stock availability or high demand

Custom / Made-to-Measure Orders

After your measurements are confirmed:

  • Made-to-measure jackets: Ship within 5–7 weeks

  • Bespoke jackets: Ship within 12–15 weeks

Shipping Time (After Dispatch)

Once your order has been shipped, it usually arrives within 3–5 business days via express courier services such as DHL, FedEx, or TNT. Shipping times may vary based on your location and customs clearance.

We work with leading courier companies to ensure timely and secure delivery:

The courier used is selected based on the best service availability and delivery efficiency in your area.

Important Address Information

  • No PO Boxes / APO / FPO: We do not deliver to PO boxes, military, or diplomatic addresses.

  • Please provide a valid residential or business address to avoid delays.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All orders are shipped under DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) terms. This means:

  • Buyers are responsible for paying any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes upon delivery

  • We recommend checking with your local customs authority for applicable charges before placing your order

Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once payment is processed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you once your item has been dispatched

  • Customers are responsible for tracking their order and contacting the courier directly in case of any delays

Combined Shipments

If you place multiple orders to the same address, we may combine them into a single shipment to ensure faster delivery — unless you request separate shipments at checkout.

Undelivered or Returned Orders

If a package is undeliverable after multiple courier attempts and is either returned or destroyed,Zenonix Impex is not responsible for the loss.
